Program Description
A three-day event including the Annual CCBA Golf Tournament and the 23rd Annual CCBA Institute. The two-day conference is a practical Institute designed for attorneys, accountants, lenders, consultants and other who deal with individuals and businesses in financial distress. Lecturers and panelists will include nationally recognized speakers, experienced and knowledgeable local practitioners and prominent judges.
Education Credit
For Attorneys: This activity has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 13.5 hours of which 1 hour will apply to Legal Ethics and 1 hour will apply to Substance Abuse
For CPAs: Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit of (15.75) is availbale for accountants. This organization adheres to the regulations as prescribed in the Accountancy Act of the California State Board of Accountancy.
